Claude Practical Seminar Vol. 1 for Classroom Operators

Exceed Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Aiko Sawabe), which operates the digital talent development service 'TechHigher' for teenagers, will hold an online seminar titled 'Claude Practical Seminar Vol. 1: Beginner's Guide to ClaudeCode for Verbalizing, Automating, and Skillizing Monthly Tasks' for classroom operators on June 15, 2026.

This seminar is a practical session open to operators of Tech for elementary and TechHigher affiliated classrooms, as well as non-affiliated classroom operators. The instructor, Masatsugu Ishida of 'Kids Programming Club Okayama', will introduce methods for using the Claude desktop application to transform monthly billing and payment confirmation tasks into a reproducible operational package.

In this first session, the focus is not merely on inputting instructions to AI to streamline work, but on documenting work procedures into files and developing them as 'Skills' that can be called upon in subsequent months. Participants will use a pre-distributed seminar kit with sample CSV data to experience tasks such as formatting billing and payment lists, reconciling payments, creating lists of unpaid items, shortfalls, and items requiring confirmation, and outputting summaries for administrators.

A key feature of this seminar is that it does not end after 90 minutes with just a 'proof of concept'; participants will take home a complete operational package that can be reproduced the following month. Participants will receive a pre-distributed seminar kit with a ready-to-use folder structure. During the session, they will use a CLAUDE.md file containing project-wide rules, a workflow.md file organizing business procedures, a README.md file summarizing execution steps for the following month, an Agent Skill for invoking monthly processing, sample data, and a set of small Python programs to build a concrete foundation for trial implementation in their own classrooms.

This series is planned as a two-part event. The first session will cover 'Defensive AI Utilization' focusing on streamlining monthly tasks and creating reproducible operations. The second session will cover 'Offensive AI Utilization', where participants will use Claude Design to create a design kit that organizes their classroom's tone and messaging, and then create multiple banners for use in promoting trial registrations and seasonal courses. The efficiency gains from the first session will be leveraged in the second session to increase the volume and speed of customer acquisition initiatives.
