TechHigher to Support In-house AI Era Operations Based on Corporate DX Education

Exceed Co., Ltd. As the first step, it will provide an educational program that utilizes Microsoft's low-code development tool "Power Apps" to acquire business automation skills, data integration capabilities, and app design skills. This program is positioned as an entry point for in-house business development and will evolve into more advanced AI utilization. It aims not only to enable non-engineers to internalize operations but also to serve as a foundation for future business automation using generative AI and AI agents. ■ Background ~From Education Model to Human Resource Development Model~ Due to the declining birthrate and aging population, the school-age population is decreasing, and the classroom-based education business is transforming into an unstable structure susceptible to regional and economic influences. Meanwhile, corporations face challenges such as: Lack of DX promotion personnel Disconnection between on-site and IT departments Increased outsourcing costs Non-engineer departments where business improvement is stagnant In response to these challenges, there is a demand for human resource development that can undertake the redesign of entire business operations, including AI, rather than merely introducing tools.
