Exceed Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Aiko Sawabe), which operates the digital talent development service 'TechHigher' for teenagers, will hold an online seminar titled 'Developing the Classroom Management System "KOTORIS" with Claude x AI-Driven Development – The Era Where Products Can Be Created If Someone Knows What They Want to Build' on April 30, 2026, from 12:00 PM, targeting affiliated 'Tech for elementary' and 'TechHigher' classrooms.

In this seminar, Mr. Masatsugu Ishida of 'Kids Programming Club Okayama' will serve as a lecturer. Based on a case study of actually developing the classroom management system 'KOTORIS' using Claude Code, he will introduce how AI-driven development can lead to solving challenges in the classroom and creating new businesses.

The main theme of this seminar is not solely to improve the efficiency of classroom operations, but to share the perspective that 'as a result of creating a system one truly desires, it can hold value for others and become a marketable product.' Specifically, it aims to convey to affiliated classroom owners with former SE experience that by combining their cultivated technical aptitude and on-site understanding, new possibilities beyond the classroom business can be found.

Exceed has been looking ahead to initiatives evolving from SaaS utilization, no-code utilization, to AI-driven development for improving operations and customer experience in the education field. Within this flow, this seminar is positioned as an opportunity to show the next stage that balances cost reduction and UX improvement, transitioning from SaaS (e.g., Edulio) to no-code (e.g., PLine) to AI-driven development (Claude Code).

The seminar will introduce why Mr. Ishida undertook the development of KOTORIS, the background operational challenges in the classroom, and the process by which a practical product was launched in a short period using AI-driven development with Claude Code. Additionally, it will specifically share the areas where AI plays a role in product development, and the roles that humans should play in requirements definition, on-site understanding, and value design.

Through this seminar, Exceed aims to encourage affiliated classrooms not just to be users of existing services, but to become proactive creators of new value based on their on-site challenges. Furthermore, Exceed plans to expand into corporate training, implementation support, or back-office support based on its knowledge of AI-driven development using Claude, with a second initiative focusing on the system 'TLinks' developed by another affiliated classroom planned for after May 2026. Exceed will continue to accumulate practical knowledge with affiliated classrooms and support the creation of new value beyond the scope of educational businesses.
