TESS Group Begins Supply of Renewable Energy via On-site PPA to Toyo Mobius Co., Ltd.'s Takatsuki Logistics Center

(Headquarters: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka; President: Toshihiro Takasaki; hereinafter 'TESS Engineering'), began supplying renewable energy electricity to the Takatsuki Logistics Center of Toyo Mobius Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Kenji Sasayama; hereinafter 'Toyo Mobius') in February 2026, utilizing an on-site PPA model*1 for self-consumption solar power generation. Overview of the Project In this project, TESS Engineering installs a self-consumption solar power generation system on the roof of the Toyo Mobius Takatsuki Logistics Center, owns and maintains it under an on-site PPA model, and supplies the generated renewable energy. The generation capacity is approximately 2.3 MW, with an estimated annual power generation of approximately 2.61 million kWh, all of which will be supplied to the facility. The project is expected to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 1,086 tons annually*2. In addition to contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions, this project allows the customer to utilize renewable energy without the need for initial investment in solar power systems, while also securing a long-term, stable power source unaffected by fluctuations in electricity demand or fuel issues. ■ Future Outlook The TESS Group provides comprehensive energy solutions by operating in three areas: 'making renewable energy a primary power source,' 'thorough energy conservation,' and 'energy smartification.'
