Terrasky Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, CEO, President and Executive Officer: Hideya Sato, hereinafter Terrasky) announced that on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, they have updated the cloud-based expense settlement application 'mitoco Work Expense,' which runs on the Salesforce platform, to Ver. 2.6.

This update introduces functional improvements to enhance user convenience and efficiency. New features have been added to prevent errors during expense settlement, such as a function to check qualified invoice issuer numbers entered during expense settlement against National Tax Agency data, and a function to check for duplicate registered receipts.

A function has been added to check the qualified invoice issuer number (invoice registration number) entered in expense details by utilizing the National Tax Agency's public API.

If a number not registered with the National Tax Agency is entered, a warning icon will be displayed next to the relevant business number, making it easier to notice the inclusion of invalid business numbers.

Added Duplicate Receipt Usage Check Function

A function has been added to check if the same receipt has been used for multiple expense details.

This function detects receipts where the 'Date, Payer, Amount, and Qualified Invoice Issuer Number (hereinafter, Business Number)' match those of receipts previously attached to expense details, and displays an alert to both the applicant and the accounting staff.

This feature is only available to customers who have subscribed to the Electronic Book Preservation Law Compliance Option.

When attaching a file to expense details, the system automatically determines if the receipt may have been used previously and displays an alert icon in the corresponding attached file column.

If potentially duplicate receipts are included at the time of application, a message indicating the presence of such expenses will be displayed in the confirmation dialog.

Receipt Check on Closing Processing Screen

A 'Receipt Check' button has been added to the closing processing screen.

Clicking this button allows for a consolidated check of receipts attached to expense applications that match the search criteria, displaying potentially duplicate files in a list screen (Receipt Check Dialog). The contents of the list can also be exported as a CSV file.

Added Route Search Check Item to CSV Output on Closing Processing Screen

A 'Route Search Check' column has been added to the CSV file output from the closing processing screen.

This allows users to confirm on the CSV itself whether the amount reflects the route search result or a manually corrected amount for each detail, without needing to open the mitoco Work Expense screen.

Support for Project History Display and Expiration Warning Display in Expense Details

In the project input field of expense details, a function has been added to display previously used projects as history, and a function to display a warning icon for projects that are outside their valid period as of the detail date.

This reduces the effort of searching for frequently used projects each time and allows users to notice if a project outside its valid period has been set before submitting.
