Toward the realization of carbon neutrality by 2050, the spread of EVs and the expansion of charging infrastructure are accelerating rapidly. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) has set a goal of installing 300,000 EV charging points by 2030, necessitating the development of convenient charging environments across the country.
Currently, approximately 68,000 charging points (*1) have been installed in Japan, and the Company is expanding an infrastructure network that accounts for a significant portion of this. We are capable of flexible installations according to facility needs, user requirements, or charging scenarios, working to create an environment where EVs can be charged anywhere, from home to destinations.
In this project, under the construction brand "EVConstruction," we achieved implementation by leveraging our reliable design and execution capabilities. Particularly at the two Lexus locations, our high-level design and construction skills enabled installation in environments where other companies found it difficult to do so.
