Since its establishment in 2022, our company has been working to solve challenges in education, human resource recruitment, and management within the welfare industry, under the mission of "increasing options beyond public assistance in society." With this incorporation and office relocation, we aim to further enhance social credibility and strengthen our organizational structure, striving to realize a society where everyone can choose their own path.

Human Resource Introduction Business "DeafWorks" and "Ryoiku no Oshigoto" We support choices for workers and corporate diversity through job change support specialized for the hearing impaired and professional human resource matching specialized for the developmental support industry.

Media and Consulting Business "Ryoiku no Mikata" We provide a web media and seminars that explain the disability welfare system in an easy-to-understand manner, as well as hands-on support to solve management challenges. From April 2026, we will also officially launch our new service "Ryoiku Keiei no Mikata" (Ally for Developmental Support Management).

Representative's Biography: Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Policy Management. After working at Keyence Corporation and SMS Co., Ltd., he served as business manager at two startup companies.
