Marche Corporation (Headquarters: Abeno-ku, Osaka City; President: Yoji Kato), which operates community-based izakaya chains under the motto of "People, Deliciousness, Fun," will hold a "Greedy Fair" featuring Yaizu bonito, Sanda pork, and matcha at "Charcoal-grilled Hakkenden" locations nationwide starting Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

This fair features a diverse lineup of menu items, including the "Charcoal-grilled Bonito Tataki" with its standout savory aroma and umami; the "Sanda Pork Yaki-shabu," which allows you to enjoy premium pork refreshingly and lightly; the "Sanda Pork Hachikara Hot Pot," where you can choose your preferred spice level from 1 to 8; and the addictive bittersweet "Shaka Furi Potato (Matcha)" and "Matcha Highball" using matcha from Tsujiri Ipponten.

From culinary dishes that utilize the savory aroma of charcoal grilling and the umami of the ingredients to pairing drinks, this is a limited-time fair that can be enjoyed in a wide range of settings.

Fair Menu Introduction

Charcoal-grilled Bonito Tataki (Salt) We use pole-caught bonito from Yaizu, Shizuoka Prefecture, which is frozen on board to maintain freshness and features a high-quality umami without any odor. Grilled fragrantly over charcoal, it brings out the charcoal aroma and the original umami of the bonito. Finishing it with simple salt further enhances the quality of the ingredients. ¥759 (tax included)
