This project offers the appeal of bluefin tuna in various styles, including "Kaku-zukuri" (diced sashimi) piled high as if overflowing from a masu (wooden sake cup), "Aburi Sashimi" (seared sashimi) with enhanced aroma, and "Yukke" (tartare) where you can enjoy rich umami. All items are prepared at a special price of 380 yen (excluding tax), barely covering the cost, while maintaining the satisfaction of a "feast menu." The great appeal of this project is that you can easily enjoy authentic flavors at an everyday izakaya.
Please note that these items are available in limited quantities and for a limited number of 20 servings per day. They will be discontinued once sold out, so please be aware in advance.
