International Expansion of "KnoWaterleak"

Japan's water infrastructure faces severe challenges, including aging facilities, the impacts of climate change, and a shrinking budget and workforce due to an aging population. To address issues in leak detection using satellite data and AI, Tenchijin offers the water utility DX service "Uchū Suidōkyoku" for the domestic market. This service has achieved over 60 cumulative municipal contracts in Japan, supporting the efficient maintenance and management of water services.

The aging of water infrastructure and the need for efficient maintenance are common challenges across Southeast Asian countries. To promote water resource protection through efficient water management globally, Tenchijin is expanding its global version, the leak assessment and management platform "KnoWaterleak," into Asia and Europe. In April 2026, the company partnered with French water utility Aqualter, initiating deployments within France.
