We are pleased to announce that the comprehensive cloud check-in system for freight and passenger operators, "IT Check-in Keeper," developed by Telenishi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 1-2-27 Shiromi, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President: Junji Yamasaki), has received expanded certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as of June 3, 2026. This certification broadens the locations where automatic check-ins can be conducted from the previous "business premises or garages" to "inside commercial vehicles, waiting rooms, accommodation facilities, and other similar locations."

With the expansion of eligible locations, the automation of pre- and post-work check-ins using "IT Check-in Keeper" will become more practical. This will not only reduce the burden on supervisors but also support the smooth execution of duties for drivers in remote locations, contributing to the establishment of a sustainable operational management system.

Background of Certification Acquisition

We have accumulated operational experience by supporting automatic check-ins for both "post-work" and "pre-work" periods. While the automation of check-ins by systems has progressed, flexible operations that are not limited to business premises or garages were essential to utilize automatic check-ins in various operational forms, such as long-distance transportation involving overnight stays.

We have been preparing a system that aligns with these on-site operational realities and have now obtained expanded certification to include "inside commercial vehicles, waiting rooms, accommodation facilities, and other similar locations" as implementable locations.

This certification enables automatic check-in operations with reduced location constraints. By offering flexible options tailored to the operational realities of each business site, in addition to traditional in-person, telephone, and remote check-ins, we will contribute to reducing the workload for supervisors and drivers.

By solving these on-site challenges one by one, we will continue to liberate the complexities of the transportation business with technology and realize a smarter world.

Service Start Date

We are currently preparing for the provision of "automatic check-ins with expanded implementable locations" corresponding to this certification. We plan to commence service after establishing a thorough development and support system to ensure that operators can use the system with peace of mind and stability. Detailed information on the service start date will be announced once it is decided.

Introduction to IT Check-in Keeper

IT Check-in Keeper is a comprehensive cloud-based check-in system that can centrally manage six types of check-ins: in-person check-in, telephone check-in, IT check-in (*1), smartphone check-in, remote check-in (*2), and automatic pre/post-work check-in. It realizes safe and secure operational management by improving operational efficiency, reducing human burden, and preventing false reporting.

IT Check-in Keeper has been certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism a cumulative total of 9 times as eligible equipment for the "Support Project for Advanced Initiatives to Prevent Drowsy Driving" implemented by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

It is a highly reliable product that meets the strict safety standards and requirements set by the government. Furthermore, this product is also eligible for subsidies under the "Support Project for Advanced Initiatives to Prevent Accidents," and many operators have introduced it with the utilization of subsidies each year.
