We are pleased to announce that "IT Tenko Keeper," a comprehensive cloud dispatch system for cargo and passenger operators developed by Terenishi Co., Ltd. (Head Office: 1-2-27, Jōmi, Chūō-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director: Kenichi Takashima), has been officially certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as equipment that can be used for "automatic pre-operation dispatch" as of March 25, 2026.

Background of Certification Acquisition

Since the release of "Automatic Post-Operation Dispatch" on September 8, 2025, we have been working alongside everyone in the transportation field. While accumulating achievements with the post-operation dispatch that started earlier, we have received expectations from many, such as "We want to eliminate waiting times for morning dispatch" and "We want to complete the entire process with a system."

We are finally able to receive certification for "Automatic Pre-Operation Dispatch." With the establishment of a system that performs automatic dispatch at both the beginning and end of operations, "automatic dispatch" will be added as a new option in addition to traditional face-to-face, telephone, and remote dispatch. We are confident that this will enable flexible operational expansion tailored to the actual conditions of each branch office, further alleviating the psychological and physical burden on dispatch managers.

Scheduled Start of Service

The "Automatic Pre-Operation Dispatch" function, which has received this certification, is scheduled to be available from mid-April 2026 onwards.
