OME Data Center Project #02
A capital gain type fund aiming to sell the land and building after constructing the data center.

This fund is the phase 2 of the TECROWD Fund No. 88 "OME Data Center #02" (hereinafter referred to as the old fund).
The land for which construction confirmation was obtained in the old fund will be incorporated into this fund, the data center will be constructed, and the land and building will be sold by the end of the operation period. The target land will be operated under the old fund until April 20, 2026, but will be incorporated into this fund starting April 21, and new operation will begin as phase 2.
※The old fund is scheduled for early redemption upon the establishment of this 95th fund.
We will separately send a notice of early redemption to everyone who invested in the old fund.

Overview of OME Data Center Project #02 phase2
This fund targets a next-generation edge data center project specializing in AI inference in the Ome area (Nishitama-gun, Tokyo).
You will invest in the acquisition cost of the land, which has already obtained construction confirmation, and the construction cost of the data center. *The construction cost will be paid in installments at the start of construction and upon sale of the property. After the building is constructed, the land and building will be sold by the end of the operation period to pay dividends and redeem the principal.
Furthermore, regarding the target land, we have already completed the formal application after obtaining a written response from TEPCO stating that it is possible to receive approximately 2MW of power.
