Overview of OME Data Center Project #05
This fund targets an investment in a next-generation edge data center project specifically designed for AI inference, located in the Ome area (Takinoue-cho, Ome City, Tokyo).
The project involves the development of three data center buildings on the target land. This fund will cover the design and acquisition of building confirmation for these three buildings. Investors will contribute funds necessary for purchasing the land, design fees, and acquiring building confirmation.

Short-term operational capital gain type fund
This fund asks for investments covering the land purchase funds, design of the three data centers, and funds required to obtain building confirmation. Upon completion of the operation, the land will be sold as a data center site to pay dividends and redeem the principal.
There are already several strong prospective buyers for this property, and specific business negotiations have begun. After purchasing the target land, the buyer will act as the client to construct the data center designed by our company, and will own and operate it as an income-generating property and depreciable asset.
Adoption of a senior/subordinated structure
In addition to the senior investment from investors, our company and parties designated by our company will make a subordinated investment. In the event of a principal loss upon the fund's redemption, the subordinated investors will bear the loss first.
