(Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Hironobu Niino) operates "TECROWD (Tec Cloud)", a real estate crowdfunding service based on the Act on Specified Joint Enterprise of Real Estate (supervised by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism).

We are pleased to announce the release of information for TECROWD Fund No. 95, "OME Data Center#02 phase2", on Thursday, March 26, 2026, and the commencement of pre-lottery applications.

Furthermore, applications for this fund will open on a first-come, first-served basis from 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 9, 2026.

This fund will utilize a pre-lottery system for members from Diamond Class to Emerald Class (all classes).
