TechTouch Inc. is pleased to announce that Naoki Nakanishi, General Manager of our Public and Public Interest Business Division, will speak as one of the public and private sector experts at the seminar "Generative AI Practical Training for Non-Engineers in Local Governments and Public Sector," organized by the Advanced Institute of Education, Monthly "Jigyo Koso."

This seminar will be held exclusively offline at a venue in Aoyama, Tokyo. Leaders driving Japan's administrative DX, such as Mr. Hisashi Asanuma, Advisor to the Digital Agency, and Mr. Manabu Miyasaka, Vice Governor of Tokyo, will gather. They will share the latest national and metropolitan trends, including the development of Government AI and the practical application of no-code generative AI platforms, as well as concrete achievements from local government sites, to discuss the future of administrative management.

■ TechTouch Session: Concrete Measures to "Adopt AI on-site"

In this seminar, where national and metropolitan level policies and strategies are discussed, our Mr. Nakanishi will speak from 15:25 on the theme of "On-site Practice and Implementation Achievements."

Theme: Breaking Refresh Costs. New Administrative DX to AI-ify Existing Systems.

Content: How can on-site staff effectively utilize "Government AI" and "no-code utilization" advocated by Mr. Asanuma and Mr. Miyasaka? Instead of rebuilding systems, which requires enormous costs and time, we will present a new approach to implement AI agents retrospectively without "breaking" existing systems. Based on pioneering examples such as Iwata City, Shizuoka Prefecture, we will disclose the latest achievements that have dramatically improved operational efficiency without burdening on-site staff.

Mr. Manabu Miyasaka: Vice Governor of Tokyo / Chairman of GovTech Foundation

After serving as Representative Director and Chairman of Yahoo Japan Corporation, he was appointed Vice Governor of Tokyo in 2019. As CIO, he is promoting the digitalization of Tokyo's administration. In 2023, he was appointed Representative Director of "GovTech Tokyo." He is also working on strategies to make Tokyo the most startup-friendly city in the world and serves as the Executive Chairman of SusHi Tech Tokyo.

Mr. Hisashi Asanuma: Advisor to the Digital Agency (former Chief Digital Officer) / Executive Advisor to GovTech Tokyo

After completing his master's degree at Keio University, he worked for a major manufacturer, a design consulting firm, and a strategic subsidiary of a megabank before joining the Digital Agency as CDO in September 2021. He was appointed Chief Digital Officer in April 2022 and has been in his current position since November 2025.

Mr. Junichi Hashimoto: Head of AI & Innovation Office, GovTech Tokyo Foundation

After engaging in business development and product marketing at STORES Inc., he transitioned to the world of public digitalization at GovTech Tokyo in 2024. He is responsible for launching the "Generative AI Platform" and promoting its utilization across multiple local governments.

Naoki Nakanishi: General Manager, Public and Public Interest Business Division, TechTouch Inc.

Joined Salesforce Japan in 2013. After sales for government agencies and government-affiliated financial institutions, he led the expansion of the local government and tourism sales sector as General Manager.
