tripla provides SaaS-based IT solutions specializing in the hospitality industry. They support lodging facilities in improving direct booking ratios through products like the AI chatbot 'tripla Bot' and the reservation engine 'tripla Book.'
TechSuite has previously supported tripla’s SEO content marketing strategy for their owned media through the AI-powered SEO article writing service, 'Bakuyasu AI Article Writing.' With this new initiative, tripla has adopted 'AI Search Partners' to expand the awareness of their services in AI search platforms, including ChatGPT.
As an initial step, TechSuite delivered an 'Initial Comprehensive Report,' which visualizes the current mention and citation status of tripla in AI search results and outlines a concrete strategy.
We interviewed CEO Kazuhisa Takahashi about the background of adopting 'AI Search Partners' and his evaluation of the initial report.
What was the background behind adopting 'AI Search Partners'?
Mr. Takahashi: Originally, we were using your (TechSuite's) service (Bakuyasu AI Article Writing) to create columns and articles to rank higher in search results as part of our SEO strategy—a conventional approach to increase traffic from organic search and spread awareness of our services.
However, I feel that the way users look for information has changed recently. Instead of comparing multiple websites on a search engine, the trend of directly asking an AI like ChatGPT and accepting its answer directly is spreading rapidly. In fact, I perceive that the share of AI search in total search volume is growing to exceed that of traditional general search.
Given this, there is a risk of losing touch with users unless we are mentioned or cited in the answers provided by AI, even with our previous SEO efforts. Therefore, I decided to adopt this service to take proper countermeasures in the AI search field.
Why did you choose TechSuite among many services?
Mr. Takahashi: The biggest reason is that we already had trust in your quality and responsiveness through our existing use of your services, such as requesting content creation for SEO.
Furthermore, I believe that SEO and AI search optimization are not completely separate but are somewhat continuous. The content assets we have prepared and the knowledge gained from previous efforts can be applied to both measures. If that’s the case, I judged that a system where we can have one partner look at both consistently would allow for more continuous optimization than dispersing it to separate partners.
It was a natural extension of our efforts so far, and I felt I could entrust it to you with peace of mind. That was the deciding factor.
What were your impressions of the first 'Initial Comprehensive Report'?
Mr. Takahashi: It was a very well-organized report. Thank you.
First, it visualized our current position—how we appear in AI search, what queries we are mentioned in, and where we are not cited—which made the issues clear. It felt like my understanding was elevated from a vague feeling that 'some countermeasures might be needed' to a clear resolution of 'specifically, this part is weak.'
Above all, instead of ending with abstract recommendations, it was good that it was broken down to the level of concrete action plans, such as 'you should change this part of your website' or 'you should write this kind of article.' There were parts of AI search optimization that I didn't know where to start, but since priorities were also organized, it was very easy to judge what to do next internally, and it was very easy to understand.
What are your future goals in AI search?
Mr. Takahashi: As a premise, we ourselves are handling mechanisms to call customers to the official websites of lodging facilities as our own products. We plan to continue handling the parts directly related to our product area internally.
On the other hand, the content we are asking for this time is one step ahead—tripla itself.
