Notice of Completion of Share Acquisition of Rakus Partners Co., Ltd.

BREXA Technology Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takayuki Yamazaki; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has completed the acquisition of all shares of Rakus Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masayuki Yoshida; hereinafter "Rakus Partners"), held by Rakus Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takanori Nakamura), as announced on February 13, 2026. As of April 1, 2026, Rakus Partners has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Furthermore, accompanying the full acquisition, the company name will be changed to "BREXA SOLVIA" on July 1st.

Background of this matter

The BREXA Group, under the purpose of "Eliminating boundaries in all 'work' and providing more possibilities to more people," develops human resource services as a growth realization platform that trains professional talent from inexperienced individuals. The Company has expanded its business based on a top-class human resource scale and achievements in the IT engineering domain in Japan.

To achieve further growth in the expanding IT engineer domain, the Company executed this share acquisition. Through this acquisition, by combining Rakus Partners' training know-how for developing inexperienced individuals into excellent IT engineers with the Company's sales network and recruitment capabilities, we will provide more challenging opportunities for inexperienced individuals and offer more diverse IT talent services to customers.

The BREXA Group resonated with Rakus Partners' business approach of expanding the "possibilities of IT talent further" and decided on this new company name to inherit that vision. Moving forward, Rakus Partners will operate within the BREXA Group as a core organization for human resource services in the IT engineering field, possessing top-class technical capabilities.
