From Kyushu to the Nation: First Entrance Ceremony at 'BREXA Academy Semicon Fukuoka', 69 New Employees Begin Hands-on Training for Semiconductor Industry

BREXA Technology Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takayuki Yamasaki; hereinafter, BREXA Tech) held an entrance ceremony on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at its training facility 'BREXA Academy Semicon Fukuoka' (Omuta City, Fukuoka) to mark the start of training for 69 new employees for the fiscal year 2026. This is the first time an entrance ceremony for new employees has been held at this facility. While global demand for semiconductors is expanding due to the spread of AI and advancing digitalization, a shortage of technical personnel to support manufacturing sites has become an industrial challenge. To address this issue, BREXA Tech established 'BREXA Academy Semicon Fukuoka' in July 2025, where trainees can learn semiconductor manufacturing processes using actual equipment.

After this entrance ceremony, the new employees will undergo practical training at the facility to acquire semiconductor manufacturing skills. Upon completion of the training, all will be assigned to semiconductor manufacturing sites across the country, including Kumamoto and Nagasaki in Kyushu, as well as Mie and Toyama prefectures. In addition to Fukuoka, BREXA Tech has established 'BREXA Academy Semicon Nagasaki' in Isahaya City, Nagasaki, and through training at both facilities, aims to develop approximately 500 semiconductor technical personnel annually.

The new employee representative expressed pride and responsibility in being involved in the semiconductor industry, and showed a determination to learn proactively during the training at BREXA Academy, growing steadily through daily review and trial and error on assignments. The representative also emphasized the importance of analyzing and overcoming personal challenges, and, under the BREXA Group's VALUE of 'Praise All Challenges,' expressed an intention to expand their potential as engineers by repeatedly taking on challenges without fear of failure.
