This contest is a "video and image contest" exclusively for users of the "TECHS" series, a production management system for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. As a result, they reduced the human effort required for data processing and aggregation by 184 hours per month, and promoted the strengthening of the PDCA cycle and acceleration of management decisions through quantitative visualization of management data. Furthermore, they achieved remarkable results such as a 30% improvement in productivity per project (order) compared to the past.
This initiative goes beyond mere efficiency through automation; by leveraging accumulated data for management decisions, it achieves both business improvement and strengthening of the management system.
