Technoa Issues 4th Edition of 'Management for the Happiness of Connected Companies and People,' Introducing 89 Initiatives Based on Corporate Philosophy

Technoa Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture; Representative Director: Koji Yamazaki) issued the 4th edition of its introductory booklet, 'Management for the Happiness of Connected Companies and People,' on March 23, 2026. This booklet verbalizes the corporate philosophy 'to bring happiness to companies and people with whom we have connections' into concrete initiatives for business and organization building. Since the first edition was published in 2023, Technoa has continuously revised the content. The booklet summarizes 89 activities, including executive-hosted birthday dinners for employees, official circle activities with 26 groups and a total of 611 participants, and full coverage of external seminar fees. The booklet is not publicly available online but is distributed directly to visitors and participants in seminars and company tours. The cumulative circulation has exceeded 6,000 copies. Technoa's activities evolve daily, and revisions are made to accurately record these changes. The content has increased from 69 items in the first edition (June 2023) to 76 (June 2024), 80 (January 2025), and 89 (March 2026).
