The Small and Medium Enterprise Agency's labor-saving investment subsidy (catalog order type) is a subsidy system aimed at improving productivity and increasing sales for small and medium-sized enterprises and small-scale businesses by supporting the introduction of labor-saving products (Jurisdiction: Small and Medium Enterprise Agency). Since applicants can select products from a catalog of registered and listed products, the creation of complex business plans is not required, and the application and screening process is said to proceed relatively smoothly.

【Main Requirements and Subsidy Amount】

・Eligible Businesses: Small and medium-sized enterprises and small-scale businesses in Japan (varies by industry, but for service industries, must meet either a capital of 50 million yen or less, or 100 or fewer regular employees).

・Subsidy Rate: Up to 1/2

・Subsidy Ceiling: Up to 10 million yen depending on employee size (up to 15 million yen if wage increase requirements are met).

・Eligible Expenses: Main unit price of I-Robo 2 and initial setup costs associated with introduction.
