Nagoya Rainbow Pride is an event that visualizes the diversity of each individual, including sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, race/ethnicity, beliefs, and age, centered around LGBTQ+ issues, and advocates for rights and dignity. TIA Corporation (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Norihisa Tomiyasu), which operates funeral businesses mainly in Nagoya City and in the Chubu, Kanto, Kansai, and Hokkaido areas, believes it has a social mission to provide all people with the opportunity to properly bid farewell to their loved ones. Agreeing with the event's objectives of diversity and inclusivity, the company first exhibited a booth in 2024 and is now participating for the third consecutive year.

This year, for its third participation, TIA will continue to offer the "Insta-worthy coffin experience," which has been a huge success with over 300 cumulative participants in the past two years, and the "memorial photo-style shooting" in collaboration with Takashi Mama's special floral altar! We will provide visitors with a special experience unlike any other.

🌺 ② Takashi Mama Collaboration Altar "Memorial Photo-style Shooting" Experience
"Takashi Mama," beloved in Nagoya as "a florist by day, a gay bar mama by night," produces a gorgeous floral altar fitting for Rainbow Pride. 【TIA's Initiatives for Diversity】

Based on the belief that properly bidding farewell to loved ones allows those left behind to move forward in their own lives, TIA upholds the motto of "supporting everyone's final farewell." Responding to the various diversities of the deceased and their bereaved families in a changing society is a mission for a funeral company, and the company is also promoting diversity initiatives internally.
TIA has exhibited at Nagoya Rainbow Pride since 2024. In 2024, over 100 people experienced the coffin, and in 2025, even more people participated, with a cumulative total of over 300 participants over the past two years. Takashi Mama's original altar has also been very popular as a photo spot every year.
In addition to event participation, TIA has revised its policies for employees, customers, and partner companies to consider sexual diversity and holds internal training to deepen understanding of diversity & inclusion. Furthermore, the company has modified its internal human resources system to include same-sex partners as spouses. Each employee is striving to deepen their knowledge and understanding of diverse sexualities and contribute to a society where everyone can live true to themselves.
