To enrich communication among managers, various reaction functions and micro-interactions (animation effects) conveying thoughtfulness were implemented. The app's background color adopted a soft, friendly "light gray with orange." By creating a psychologically bright and warm environment, active and casual exchanges are encouraged.
Integrated experience seamlessly connects web and app. In addition to native development using Flutter, existing web content (case study articles and management support services) is displayed in a WebView within the app. By unifying the header and bottom menu to the native app's design, a consistent user experience is provided, where the boundary between web and app is not felt.
