Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. announces that it will begin accepting applications for the "Brillia Art Award Wall 2026" (hereinafter referred to as "this open call exhibition"), an open call exhibition for flat artworks, starting from May 12, 2026 (Tuesday), as part of its art initiatives for the condominium brand "Brillia." The winning works will be exhibited at "Brillia Gallery Shinjuku" from August 2026.
Tokyo Tatemono believes that art works hold opportunities and potential to enrich life, and therefore implements initiatives related to art. Since 2018, it has held the "Brillia Art Award" open call exhibition, aiming to discover and support artists with progressive qualities who will pave the way for the next generation. From 2024, the initiatives of "Brillia Art Award" have been expanded, and two open call exhibitions are now held: "Brillia Art Award Wall" for flat artworks and "Brillia Art Award Cube" for three-dimensional artworks.
The purpose of this open call exhibition is to support artists and allow visitors to feel the charm of art through the exhibition of winning works at "Brillia Gallery Shinjuku," the consolidated sales base for new condominiums. The eligibility for application is open to all artists, regardless of age, nationality, professional or amateur status, or individual or group affiliation. There will be two winning artists/groups, and their works are scheduled to be exhibited for approximately six months each.
To date, the "Brillia Art Award Wall" has been held twice, with a total of four winning works from each year being exhibited at "Brillia Gallery Shinjuku." Currently, the winning work from last year's "Brillia Art Award Wall 2025," "Four Doors ~Stories of Encounters~" (by Kazutoshi Kawakami), is on display until July 2026.
