Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. announces its participation in the experiential exhibition 'TOKYOROOMS Exhibition: 40 Rooms, 40 Ways of Living' (hereafter 'the Exhibition'), themed around rooms and lifestyles, organized by Social Interior Inc. (TOKYOROOMS Exhibition Executive Committee) from Saturday, April 18 to Sunday, May 17, 2026. The company will exhibit as 'bloomoi,' a co-creation project for homes and living born from its condominium brand 'Brillia.'
This exhibition, held for the first time this year, features 40 groups of creators active in various fields, each expressing their unique worldview within a 6-tatami mat space. bloomoi will showcase a prototype of a condominium product plan, developed by reflecting the diverse voices gathered through questionnaires and roundtable discussions. To realize this exhibition, we collaborated with leading creators in their respective industries, such as ZA DESIGN inc. for spatial design, Ryokuensha Co., Ltd. for planting design, and KIGI Co., Ltd. for graphic design, to materialize the 'room pursuing individuality' envisioned by bloomoi. This is an early opportunity to experience product plans that may be introduced into Brillia condominiums in the future.

The title of the room exhibited by bloomoi is 'Meeting My Contours.' As a result of activities interacting with many people to consider what a 'lifestyle and home that is true to myself' means, this exhibition expresses three core pillars as its symbol: 'life with a garden,' 'pets,' and a 'nook.' This space, where you can return to being alone while keeping greenery reminiscent of a garden and your pets close by, is a hideaway to discover your individuality. Please experience the time to breathe deeply and trace your previously blurred 'contours.'
