Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. announces that its co-creation project for home and living, "bloomoi," born from the "Brillia" condominium brand, will exhibit at the "TOKYOROOMS Exhibition: 40 Rooms, 40 Ways of Living" (hereinafter "the exhibition"). This experiential exhibition, themed around rooms and ways of life, is organized by Social Interior Inc. (TOKYOROOMS Exhibition Executive Committee) and will be held from Saturday, April 18, 2026, to Sunday, May 17, 2026.

This inaugural exhibition features 40 groups of creators from various fields, each expressing their unique worldview in a 6-tatami mat space. bloomoi will display a prototype of a condominium product plan that reflects the voices of diverse individuals collected through surveys and group discussions. To bring this exhibit to life, bloomoi collaborated with leading creators from various industries, including ZA DESIGN inc. for spatial design, Ryokuen-sha Inc. for planting design, and KIGI and Sozo Inc. for graphic design, to embody the "room in pursuit of my-ness" envisioned by bloomoi. This will be an early opportunity to experience a product plan that may be introduced into Brillia condominiums in the future.

● Exhibition Content: "Encountering the Contours of Myself"

The title of the room exhibited by bloomoi is "Encountering the Contours of Myself." As a result of activities considering what "a life and home that is true to myself" means through dialogue with many people, this exhibition expresses three symbolic axes: "a life with a garden," "pets," and a "nook." This space, where you can have green scenery reminiscent of a garden and your pet nearby while also being able to return to yourself, is a hideaway for discovering your own "my-ness." We invite you to experience a time to breathe deeply and trace the "contours of myself" that had become blurred.
