Tanium to Offer Free Licenses to Japanese Companies Through "Frontier AI Rescue Program" Starting July 1

Tanium (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Executive Officer and President: Hidenori Harada; hereinafter referred to as Tanium), a leader in AI-driven Autonomous IT, will launch the "Frontier AI Rescue Program" on July 1, 2026, to protect Japanese companies from increasingly sophisticated and rapid cyberattacks. This program is aimed at organizations that have not yet implemented Tanium.

As traditional security measures reach their limits due to the misuse of frontier AI, Tanium has developed and begun offering "Tanium Atlas(*)" as one of the AI functions of the Tanium Platform. Tanium Atlas can autonomously execute tasks from situation assessment to remediation, enabling a response to the acceleration of cyberattacks.

Following the provision of these cutting-edge AI defense technologies, this program is a special measure to save Japanese companies from unprecedented threats. Under this program, licenses usable in production-equivalent environments will be provided free of charge for up to six months. Furthermore, dedicated support staff will work alongside participating organizations to strongly support the establishment of a continuous governance system that achieves real-time IT asset visibility and rapid patch deployment.

Key Features of the "Frontier AI Rescue Program"

This program is not merely a trial but a "collaborative support" initiative aimed at operational verification and system building in a production environment.

Free Provision of Production-Equivalent Environment Licenses

In addition to "Tanium Core," Tanium's core functionality, licenses for "Tanium Endpoint Management" and "Tanium Exposure Management" will be provided free of charge. This enables integrated management of visibility, patching, and vulnerability response on a single platform.

Up to 6 Months of Usage and Dedicated Support Staff

To ensure sufficient verification and operational adoption, the usage period is set for up to six months (until December 31, 2026). During this period, dedicated support staff will provide close support from implementation to the establishment of actual operational processes.

Risk-Free Verification Environment with No Automatic Billing

Provided with zero initial cost and no automatic billing after the free period ends. Based on verification results, companies can decide whether to continue using the service or terminate it, allowing them to confirm the effectiveness of the solution without risk before budgeting.
