At this exhibition, we introduced an example of customization that freely combines these elements. We undertake custom-made production tailored to cooking menus, chefs, and store concepts. In our demonstrations, we prepared three types of heat sources: gas, electric, and low-frequency IH, and compared their respective characteristics.
