In March 2025, reborn as an operating company under a new management structure, we formulated a new MVV (Mission, Vision, Value) as our corporate philosophy. The MVV was created by gathering the words and thoughts of those working in the Tamago & Company Group. In 2026, our April Dream is to 'spread' the happiness that begins with eggs, moving beyond our long-held desire to 'create and deliver' it. We will continue to challenge ourselves to connect the healthy joy that starts with eggs to society and the future. New Challenge: Launch of 'Tama-With.' In April 2026, Tamago & Company will launch the egg-based product 'Tama-With.' Many families wish to serve nutritious, home-cooked meals even during busy days. Eggs are a familiar, nutrient-rich ingredient in Japan, but the prep work like boiling, peeling, and mashing can be a burden. We addressed these daily struggles by creating 'Tama-With,' which comes pre-prepped. Unlike traditional egg salads heavily seasoned with mayonnaise, 'Tama-With' is a simple, ingredient-focused product that allows for home customization. We plan to launch in selected Kanto chains in April 2026 and will open a new Instagram account for recipes and event updates. We also established the Osaka Packing Center to ensure a stable supply of fresh eggs. We remain committed to quality and gratitude for the 'life' that supports our business, from the chickens to our partners, connecting the circle of society for the next generation.
