Tanaka Kikinzoku Group (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President Executive Officer: Koichiro Tanaka) is pleased to announce that Tanaka Kikinzoku Next Co., Ltd., established in January 2026, was certified as a special subsidiary company based on the Act for Promotion of Employment of Persons with Disabilities, effective March 30, 2026. Tanaka Kikinzoku has continuously promoted the creation of an environment where diverse human resources can play active roles. As part of this effort, Tanaka Kikinzoku Next Co., Ltd. was established in January 2026, and has been working to create a workplace environment where people with disabilities can utilize their individual characteristics and to expand employment opportunities. This certification is an important milestone toward realizing the corporate philosophy established at the time of its founding: "Aiming to be a company where people can experience the joy and pleasure of working, and envision a bright future and possibilities." Tanaka Kikinzoku Next Co., Ltd. provides support for the recruitment and job retention of employees with disabilities within each company of the Tanaka Kikinzoku Group, and conducts internal training and awareness-raising activities aimed at promoting understanding of employment for people with disabilities. Furthermore, by collaborating with administrative agencies, support organizations, and special needs schools, it examines and constructs systems for accepting employment and methods for development, and is working to develop new businesses that will lead to the promotion of employment for people with disabilities. In daily operations, it handles back-office tasks centered on administrative support, and is building an environment where individuals can work with peace of mind over the long term, carrying out duties appropriate to their individual characteristics and abilities.
