Based on the idea that T-shirts are the simplest and most frequently worn garments, making material differences especially noticeable, the team developed T-shirts that make the most of the material’s qualities. Five features of the high-performance material POLICOTT POLICOTT combines the natural feel of cotton with the high functionality of polyester. Cotton-like texture: By using spun yarn, the material suppresses shine and a sporty look, achieving a natural feel against the skin. Resistant to pilling: MVS spun yarn is used, twisting fibers with air vortexes to reduce fuzz. The fabric is resistant to washing and friction, helping maintain a clean surface. Less transparent, even in white: Full-dull yarn reduces light transmission, creating a subdued matte texture and making the fabric less see-through. Outstanding water absorption and quick drying: Special cross-section polyester yarn with grooves in the fiber quickly disperses moisture and dries easily. Environmental consideration: The material uses recycled polyester derived from plastic bottles. Three T-shirts for ON, OFF, and DO scenes Under the concept “with these three, you do not need any other T-shirts,” Tamurakoma designed optimal T-shirts for different lifestyle scenes. ON T-shirt for work: Designed to look sharp under a jacket, this piece uses 30/1 jersey fabric with a just-fit silhouette and minimal design. OFF T-shirt for days off: Made with slightly thicker 20/1 jersey fabric, it has a relaxed silhouette and a left chest pocket for small items. DO T-shirt for movement: Ideal for running and outdoor activities. The pattern does not restrict range of motion, and flatseamer stitching enhances comfort.
