talentbook Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Co-CEOs: Wataru Ohori / Kai Ohori, hereinafter 'our company'), which develops the talentbook series creating a new recruiting experience for the AI era centered around 'role models', will begin offering early access to the interview coordination service 'talentbook campus' on April 24, 2026, to influence students' intent to join.
At the same time, the existing employer branding service will be officially serialized as 'talentbook story'. We will expand these as recruiting support solutions originating from 'role models'.
◾️ Resolving the issue of 'failing to fully utilize student touchpoints'
Since its launch, talentbook has provided an employer branding service that communicates corporate appeal through employee role models. As the platform grew to be visited by over 3 million people annually across 1,200 companies, we heard a common issue from the recruitment frontlines: 'We aren't fully capitalizing on our touchpoints with students.' Touchpoints like internship follow-ups, OB/OG (alumni) visits, and prospective employee interviews are certainly increasing. However, a mutual problem for both HR and students has been neglected for years.
According to a survey conducted by our company in March 2026 (*), 93.4% of companies that increased interview opportunities reported that 'intent to join and offer acceptance rates do not improve.' On the student side, only 27.8% felt they 'almost always' got to speak with an employee who matched their needs. The failure to design 'who to talk to' and 'what to talk about' is a structural issue that has been left unaddressed.
In response to these challenges, we developed 'talentbook campus', an interview coordination service where AI designs 'who to talk to and what to discuss'. By proposing the optimal employee according to the student's interests and guiding the preparation for both parties, we systematically engineer dialogues that leave them feeling 'glad we talked.'

◾️ 3 Mechanisms of 'talentbook campus'
1. Mechanism for proposing interviewers——Proposing the optimal employee based on student interests
AI proposes 'employees who can convey specific information' tailored to a student's interests. For example, it recommends a tagged employee matching '#YoungAutonomy' and '#20sLeader' to Student A, and one matching '#ExtensiveTraining' and '#RegionalPosting' to Student B. It also enables seamless scheduling where the student offers preferred dates and the interview is confirmed upon employee approval.
2. Mechanism for guiding interview content——Guiding preparation for both parties to elevate dialogue quality
Based on student interests and the employee's interview content, it provides hints and methods for the dialogue. It suggests 'what to ask' and 'deep-dive questions' to students, and guides employees on 'what to convey', 'why talking about this is effective', and 'examples of what not to say'. Empathizing with their interests moves their desire to join.
3. Mechanism for operation——Reducing hassle and preventing confusion. A sustainable system
Bulk registration of students and employees reduces HR man-hours and enables smooth onboarding. Setting up recruitment courses, assigning employees to courses, and collecting usage data like action histories and surveys allow for timely improvements. Employees can proactively control their burden by setting visit conditions like available times, and the interview reception feature eliminates the need for individual coordination. With the interview guide feature, they just attend the interview without prior preparation.
