為了解決這些課題，將原本由兩位面試官進行的初試，改為透過SHaiN進行AI面試。從早期選拔階段開始逐步導入，並確認了10項評估指標的AI分數與招募人員評估結果的一致性，同時也驗證了對應徵者體驗的影響及招募流程的效率化。結果顯示，無論是對應徵者或企業端都帶來了確切的效益，因此決定將其導入正式招募流程。
