Talent and Assessment Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toshiaki Yamazaki; hereinafter "Talent and Assessment"), which develops and provides the next-generation interactive AI interview service "SHaiN" (hereinafter "SHaiN"), is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a "Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (SME Category)" for the seventh consecutive year under the Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification System operated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
■ Background of the Certification
In February 2019, Talent and Assessment set a goal of "creating a company where employees and their families can be safe and energetic," and launched an independent activity team called SEaL* to conduct activities balancing work and health. Through company-wide cooperation, the continued efforts in various training programs and events have led to this seventh consecutive year of certification.
To date, the company has also renewed its "Silver Certification" as an Excellent Health Company by the Tokyo Federation of Health Insurance Societies for seven consecutive years.
* SEaL: Named after the acronym for Sociality, Eat, and Laugh, reflecting the desire to work together and help each other with high sociality like a seal.
■ Main Initiatives
We set a theme once a month to conduct health-related training and internal awareness campaigns. In addition, by creating opportunities for exchanging opinions across departmental boundaries, we are fostering a culture that deepens understanding and interest in health and promotes health building throughout the entire organization.
Once a month, we introduce recipes incorporating seasonal ingredients and nutritional information within the company. By sharing information that is easy to practice in daily life, we support raising employees' awareness of a healthy diet.
Since we have adopted remote work company-wide, we conduct weekly online yoga sessions to resolve the lack of exercise. Furthermore, as an initiative to regularly encourage exercise, we hold "Walk & Fun," where employees take and share photos based on themes while outside, encouraging an increase in step counts and the establishment of daily exercise habits.
In addition, we are working on organizing training by external instructors and establishing a "Consultant System."

The Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification System is an award system certified by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. Its purpose is to "visualize" outstanding enterprises engaging in health and productivity management and to create an environment where such enterprises can receive social recognition from employees, job seekers, affiliated companies, and financial institutions. By working to maintain and improve employee health based on their corporate philosophy, companies can not only revitalize their organizations and improve productivity but also enhance their corporate value and gain advantages in recruitment as a company "chosen" by excellent talent.
