◆'Neverland Concept' Development Concept: 'Small good things' (Exhilarating Daily Life)

This hotel is positioned as a base for the 'Neverland Concept' circulation project around Chiba Park. The 'Neverland Concept' is a project that focuses on creating spaces in the Chiba Park area, evolving the surroundings of Chiba Park into an attractive town.

This time, the development concept for the Neverland Concept around Chiba Park has been set as 'Small good things' (Exhilarating Daily Life). Starting from the hotel, by exploring the town, meeting people, and connecting experiences, visitors' ways of enjoying themselves will expand.

This concept was developed under the supervision of Media Surf Communications Inc., which handled the complex facility 'K5' including a hotel in Nihonbashi Kabutocho, Tokyo, and is also involved in urban development in Nihonbashi Kabutocho. Efforts are underway to enhance the overall appeal of the Chiba Park area.

◎Comment from Mr. Kunisaki, Media Surf Communications Inc.

While refining the development concept with the Takusho Kaihatsu team, I was very surprised by the high potential hidden in the Chiba Park area. Our company conducts research in various areas both domestically and internationally, but I believe the area around Chiba Park has a rare charm that is second to none. I hope that with the opening of 'THE TSUBAKIMORI Hotel & Residence,' the 'small good things' of this area will further accelerate.

◎Comment from Mr. Horie, Media Surf Communications Inc.

Having been involved in creating the development concept together, we were able to work with the Takusho Kaihatsu team from the beginning, sharing the same vision for the map's creation. What surprised me, however, was that when we re-listed the featured spots, there were already many spots that would be part of the 'small good things.' For locals who haven't yet noticed its charm, and for future visitors, we have also included sample cases of how to enjoy the area around Chiba Park. These were beautifully illustrated by art director and graphic designer Eiko Hayashi.
