Takeshobo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Sumitaka Miyata) will hold a large-scale e-book campaign where over 1,300 4-panel manga volumes distributed as e-books can be purchased for 44 yen (tax included) or at half price for 24 hours only on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at major e-book stores.

The 2026 '4-koma Day' will be delivered as a special version featuring 'Bono Bono', which celebrates its 40th anniversary of serialization this year!

The 49 published comic volumes depicting the daily life of Bono Bono, a boy sea otter, with Chipmunk and Raccoon are truly a satisfying read. It is full of highlights, such as the long episode 'About Ori-chan', which became a hot topic when broadcast sequentially as a TV anime in 2025, and the appearance of the popular character 'Shimatchau Ojisan'. With the memorable 50th volume scheduled to be released this July, please take this opportunity to enjoy the series all at once.
