Turning weakness into strength—creating a culture that values 'gaps.' The closer AI gets to the correct answer, the more important it is for humans to maintain 'gaps.' Because there are gaps, we are troubled. Because we are troubled, we ask. Because we ask, we communicate. Because we communicate, mutual aid is born. Weakness is not a flaw, but a connection point. By bringing together what we cannot do and complementing each other, we reach places we cannot reach alone. Even if managers are told 'you're amazing,' there are lonely nights. Still, those who continue to choose the interesting path illuminate the way for someone else—we will spread this work culture to society. 3. 'How to continue being' rather than 'what to become'—increasing people who can envision the future. We will increase the number of people who ask 'how to continue being' rather than 'what do you want to be in the future.'
