・Submission Theme: Image of decoration "Seasons of Kyoto, the Ancient Capital" Motifs evoking Kyoto, the ancient capital.

・Submission Requirements: Submissions must be flat works. Formats are open, including hand-drawn, CG, prints, etc. The submitted work will be used as material, and modifications may be made for interior decoration with the author's consent.

     *Photographic works and collage works are not accepted.

     *Works created using image generation AI cannot be submitted.

     *Our mascot character, Rose-chan, cannot be used.

     

     Format: As a condition for decoration, works should generally be landscape orientation. For hand-drawn works, the basic size is a "shikishi" drawing paper (approx. 39x54cm) or A3 size (29.7x42cm). Landscape or longer formats are also acceptable. Please inquire if you wish to use other sizes.

     Number of Submissions: Series submissions are possible, but only some works may be selected due to decoration constraints.

・Eligibility: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older (at the time of application). Applications are accepted from individuals only; group applications are not permitted.
