Inori's grandfather is the mayor of Onegai Town. He makes a wish to the goddess statue, hoping to make the town a place full of smiles where everyone can be more excited than ever. Hearing this, Inori proposes holding the 'Onegai Town Aipri Festival', or 'Aipri Fes' for short, by gathering many people in the plaza. On the day of the festival, not many people have gathered in the plaza. However, with the cooperation of Koharu from the Aipri Club, people gradually start to gather. Inori, Aoi, and Gumi get pumped up. Finally, the festival begins!
