[Takano Fruit Parlor] Selling Dazzling Melon Desserts and Limited Edition Pouches

Takano Fruit Parlor Co., Ltd. (President: Kichitaro Takano, Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) will offer a seasonal 'Melon' menu from May 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.

These desserts are crafted not only to savor the rich, overflowing juice of melons but also to be enjoyed visually and aromatically. Branches (Shinjuku Takashimaya Store, Ikebukuro Tobu Store, Keikyu Kamiooka Store, JR Nagoya Takashimaya Store, Yokohama Takashimaya Store, Kawagoe Maruhiro Store, Atre Kichijoji Store) will also offer a lineup combining red flesh melon.

Special Menu Commemorating the 100th Anniversary

Pudding, which was also sold at the time of its establishment. The 'Pudding à la Mode,' still made with traditional methods and a focus on homemade quality, features the firm texture of pudding and a rich caramelized sauce. The commemorative menu can be enjoyed with cut fruits served alongside mask melon.

Inside the boldly cut fruit, melon cheese soufflé and lemon-infused mousse are layered. Heart-shaped melon bavarian cream, financiers, and flower parfaits are also added, to be enjoyed with the aromatic mask melon flesh.

Almond cream with refreshing lemon aroma and coconut milk bavarian cream are layered, topped with a melon-motif melon parfait. Inside the parfait, melon jam, melon pulp, and melon jelly are encased, finished as a gift-like dish with ribbon-shaped peel decorations.
