We, MTPAK COFFEE JAPAN, are a brand launched in April 2025 as the sole agent in Japan for MTPAK COFFEE, a manufacturer of coffee packaging.

Overseas, for over 10 years, highly distinctive packaging that uses diverse materials and unique processing technologies to reflect brand identity and offer higher visibility in stores and sales floors has been widely distributed.
Japanese coffee roasters, who are sensitive to overseas coffee scenes through exchanges with overseas roasters and green bean imports, faced a dilemma: they saw such packaging but couldn't produce it themselves.
Now, acting as a liaison, we are promoting proposals to enable Japanese coffee roasters to realize packaging they couldn't create before, "at lower cost," "in smaller lots," and "with more freedom."
## Making Flat-Bottom Bags More Accessible
One of our strengths is the ability to manufacture flat-bottom bags from minimum lots.
Furthermore, we have established a system to easily manufacture environmentally friendly materials such as recyclable mono-material films and biodegradable compostable films, even in small lots.
The reasons why flat-bottom bags, despite their advantages such as excellent self-standing stability, transport efficiency, volume efficiency, and design appeal, are mainstream overseas but have not become widespread in Japan, were the scarcity of manufacturing plants and large production lots.
MTPAK, utilizing the latest digital printing technology and minimum-size laminating manufacturing machines, can create completely original flat-bottom bags from a minimum lot of 2,000 pieces, regardless of size.
This quantity is 1/10 of the conventional minimum lot.
Additionally, to encourage the use of flat-bottom bags even in smaller quantities, we offer over 60 standard items in our online shop.
Coffee bags with valves and zippers, specialized for coffee beans, can be purchased in units of 100, and we have a system in place for immediate shipment from our domestic warehouse.
In this way, we aim to easily deliver highly functional coffee bags, which are considerate of bean quality and the environment, to everyone involved in coffee in Japan.
