Have you ever felt lost as an HR manager or supervisor when an employee says, "I don't know what I want to do," and you wonder how to support their career?
There are increasing situations where traditional support methods don't work well for employees who are capable but can't articulate their own careers.
In this seminar, we will classify employees' career thinking types into the following four categories and present new support methods:
1: Clear aspirations × Emphasizing internal career factors
2: Clear aspirations × Emphasizing external career factors
3: Unclear aspirations × Emphasizing internal career factors
4: Unclear aspirations × Emphasizing external career factors
We will introduce a new career support approach that can cater to individuals with clear career goals and those who do not.
Based on the content of 『キャリアは言語化でうまくいく』 (Career Success Through Language), published in March, we will provide concrete measures that can be put into practice immediately at your workplace.
