Instructor Hikaru Yamaguchi

During university, he belonged to a public policy seminar that produced many successful candidates for civil service exams, and as part of his research, he was in charge of a group project on the community-based integrated care system. After advancing to graduate school, he conducted research on social and welfare policies at national and local levels, and provided thesis guidance to TAs (Teaching Assistants), university students, and international students. In particular, he analyzed how public opinion reaches the administration through the national public comment system in various policy areas and wrote papers. Currently, as an instructor for psychology and welfare courses, he mainly teaches policy essays and interview preparation. He also conducts special seminars and individual counseling sessions for psychology and welfare courses.
