Instructor Hikaru Yamaguchi

During university, he belonged to a public policy seminar that produced many successful candidates for the civil service exam and was in charge of a group project on community-based integrated care systems as part of his research. After entering graduate school, he researched social and welfare policies at the national and local levels, and provided TA (Teaching Assistant) and thesis guidance to university students and international students.
