The revised Act on Building Unit Ownership will come into effect on April 1, 2026. This represents the most significant revision since 2001 and will fundamentally change the management of condominiums.
In this approximately one-hour seminar, we will carefully select and explain the most critical points of these revisions in an easy-to-understand manner.
In this second installment, we will focus on particularly important content regarding "Management Entrustment Agreements" and the "Act on Advancement of Proper Condominium Management."
