beagle Inc. (Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masamaru Hanako), which upholds the philosophy of "Creating the Future of Food," will hold a special collaboration event between its two restaurants: "hakubi," a small-plate modern Chinese restaurant near Kyoto's Yasaka Shrine, and "Artisan TEPPAN RESTAURANT," a teppanyaki restaurant in Kyoto's Shichijo area. This event will be held for two nights only, on July 21, 2026 (Tue) and July 22, 2026 (Wed).
The event will take place at each restaurant on alternating days, with "hakubi" hosting on the 21st and "Artisan" on the 22nd. Both restaurants will offer a special, one-night-only course that incorporates the essence of the other establishment.

Event Highlights
1. A Fusion of Genres: "Michelin-Featured" and "Emerging Teppanyaki"
Chef Renho Sato of "hakubi," featured in the "Michelin Guide Kyoto," will team up with Chef Yuki Shinohara of "Artisan," who has trained at Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and elsewhere.
These two chefs, with their vastly different backgrounds, will deliver a cross-genre culinary entertainment experience based on the shared concept of "small plates."
2. The Flames of a Wok x The Heat of a Griddle: How Will the Same Menu Differ by Venue?
The most exciting aspect is the innovative approach where "the menu list of 20 dishes will be the same, but the cooking process will be entirely different depending on the venue's equipment and the chefs' techniques."
Experience the miracle of two days where the same ingredients and menu structure are transformed through Chinese and teppanyaki approaches, culminating in dishes unique to that restaurant and that day.
3. 20 Courses Featuring Generous Use of High-Quality Japanese, Western, and Chinese Ingredients
A special 20-course menu will be served, combining premium ingredients such as shark fin, Peking duck, Omi beef, summer truffle, and eel, accompanied by carefully selected drink pairings.
