The eel specialty restaurant "Unagi no Morita" will open near Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station. At our restaurant, we offer eel, which often has a high-class image, at an affordable price. We use carefully selected, plump Japanese eel, steamed and grilled in the Kanto style to a fluffy finish. Our proud special sauce is made using soy sauce from Osaka's only long-established soy sauce brewery, characterized by its moderate sweetness and deep richness. This sauce further enhances the compatibility with the light Kanto-style eel. We use Aizu-grown Hitomebore rice, making it an unaju that you'll want to eat again and again.
