T-fal to Hold Its First Fan Meeting on July 4 in Celebration of Its 70th Anniversary

Groupe SEB Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Julien Major) announced that it will hold T-fal’s first fan meeting on Saturday, July 4, 2026, to celebrate the brand’s 70th anniversary. T-fal was founded in France in 1956 and marks its 70th anniversary this year. The brand began with the invention of the world’s first non-stick frying pan. Under the concept of making everyday life more enjoyable and comfortable, T-fal has developed a wide range of products, from cookware such as frying pans and pots to kitchen appliances such as electric pressure cookers and home appliances such as garment steamers. The fan meeting will be held as a gesture of appreciation to people who regularly use T-fal products. The company says it has prepared various activities for attendees and welcomes applications. The “T-fal 70th Anniversary Fan Meeting” is scheduled for Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 12:00 to 14:30. The final time will be communicated to participants. The venue is The Strings Omotesando, located at 3-6-8 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo, directly connected to Exit B5 of Omotesando Station. Visitors using wheelchairs or strollers are asked to use the elevator at Exit A1. The event plans to invite 30 people. If applications exceed capacity, participants will be selected by lottery. Participation is free. Applicants must both use T-fal products and be registered T-fal members. Membership registration is free, and non-members are asked to register before the application deadline. The application period runs from Friday, May 15 to Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Winners will be contacted by email in early June by the T-fal Fan Meeting Operations Office. The program includes a special mini-course of President Julien’s “home French cuisine,” a cooking demonstration based on recipes from the popular official social media project “Julie’s Kitchen,” content introducing T-fal’s 70-year history and products, hands-on experiences with the latest T-fal products, and a gift selection in which participants can choose a preferred item from popular T-fal products, including new items. The program is subject to change without notice. Julien Major is from France and enjoys cooking. He has a wife and two sons. He joined Groupe SEB in 2017, held key positions in France and Asia, and became President and Representative Director of Groupe SEB Japan in January 2025. “Julie’s Kitchen,” popular on T-fal’s official social media channels, was created from President Julien’s love of cooking and his wish to make cooking feel more casual and French cuisine more accessible. The series introduces home-style French dishes made with T-fal products, along with cooking scenes and food photography.
