Event Content On the day, activities included dialogue and explanations at company booths, industry seminars, lottery events, and food experiences provided by kitchen cars.
① Company Booths Joint company information sessions were held with 72 companies from the food and agriculture industry. At each booth, many students were seen eagerly listening to company explanations and actively asking questions, fostering lively interaction between companies and students. For students unsure which company's session to attend, AgriJob's career advisors provided support by interviewing their interests and proposing optimal companies.
② Industry Seminars Industry understanding seminars were held, providing opportunities to learn about basic knowledge, latest trends, and career choice considerations in the food and agriculture industry.
③ Food Experience with Kitchen Cars and Lottery As a new initiative this year, we implemented a plan where participants could actually experience company products through kitchen cars and a lottery. Students highly praised the deeper understanding gained by interacting with the products firsthand.
Characteristics and Preferences of Participating Students
Mainly agricultural students, but also liberal arts students attended Participating students were primarily those with a strong interest in the food and agriculture industry, with agricultural faculty students accounting for 64%. On the other hand, 32% of attendees were liberal arts students, indicating participation from students with a wide range of backgrounds, not limited to specialized fields.

'Company culture' and 'empathy with philosophy' are important in company selection The most common criterion for company selection was 'whether the company culture and workplace atmosphere seem to fit' (53%), followed by 'whether I can empathize with the company's philosophy and vision' and 'number of annual holidays and welfare benefits,' both at 43%. In contrast, 'whether the company has high name recognition or brand power' was only 8%, indicating a tendency to value information obtained through face-to-face interaction rather than just conditions or name recognition.
